We hired Professional Flooring last year to remove old 1950s parquet wood tile and install gorgeous acacia engineered hardwood floor. Audi worked with me to discuss installation options and listened to everything I wanted. They had to self-level one corner of the house that had settled and were able to complete the demo and install it in one day, and the final result is gorgeous, it's like a new house. Audi's team was so easy to work with and they did an amazing job. They left everything clean and ready to use. A year later, I am still obsessed with these floors and the fantastic installation work.
